Shipping and Returns

Standard Shipping

A standard shipping rate of Php 200.00 applies to all orders. Delivery time is normally 2-3 days after payment is settled.

Express Shipping

We accept express shipping upon confirmation of payment. Express shipping is via Grab or Lalamove. The delivery fee will be handled by the customer.

Additional Guidelines Shipping

Our operations are only from Mondays through Saturdays. We do not ship on Sundays and holidays. Our cut-off time for delivery is at 2:00 pm. An email and text message will be sent to the customer when the package is on its way. ​

International Shipping

We can send you our goods with love from the Philippines! ​If you would like to inquire about international shipping to your country, please email us at hello@bedandbutterph.com and let us know where you are located so that we can check and let you know how much your total shipping fee would be.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

1. Do you offer return and/or exchange of items? What are the guidelines for this? How long after purchase can a customer return/exchange items?

  • We believe in the quality of our products and promise you your best sleep ever with our sheets. And because of this, we don't want you to lose sleep because of our goods. If you have a change of mind, we accept returns within fourteen (14) days of your order purchase. However, we can only accept returns on items that have not been opened, washed, or used. Items must still be in their original packaging with tags still attached and in a resalable condition. ​
  • Send us an email at sleepwell@bedandbutterph.com and we’ll sort this out immediately for you.

 2. What products can be returned? What products are not allowed to be returned?

  •  All our products can be returned or exchanged (subject to terms & conditions) except for our bamboo socks.

3. What if I want to exchange my item for a different color or size or product?

  •  We can replace your item but it is subject to availability as well as our terms and conditions.

 4. What if my item is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered?

  •  Alternatively, if the product is in any way faulty (we certainly hope this never happens and go to all lengths to try to ensure it doesn't!), we will refund the full purchase cost.
  • We have been careful to make sure that the product images and size guides represent the actual products and colours, however, please note that these images and guides are references only and there may be discrepancies in colours, sizes or styles. Exchanges for discrepancy in colour will be treated as a change of mind and our standard refund and exchange terms apply.

5. How do I return my item/s? Where do I send them to? (Please provide instructions for local and international)

  • ​Items maybe returned at Bed, Tub & Butter Inc. to our sorting office located at 4 Alley 23 Project 6 Quezon City.

 

REFUNDS

 1. How are refunds processed?

  •  Don’t think your order is right for you? We offer quick and easy refunds for return items. Returns can be made through our Online Returns Form. Refunds are normally issued via your preferred refund method, as indicated on our Online Returns Form. Below is the list of our partner banks for transfers. Do keep in mind that you may have to wait another 5-10  banking days after we receive and verify your bank details.
  • Do take note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
